Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
We ship all orders 1 day per week on Friday. Subject to change and follows all Federal and USPS holiday schedules.
STORE PICKUP:
Orders can be picked up by appointment only.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped using one of the following USPS, UPS, FEDEX and LuftHaus Merchandise pricing includes shipping costs. We do not ship outside of the USA at this time. Purchase of parts and services do not qualify for free shipping
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do NOT offer international shipping.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at blake@thelufthaus.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
